Domestic Orders

We offer a $5-$8 flat rate shipping fee for domestic orders, depending of the weight of the product. All shipping fees are non-refundable if the item has shipped.

All originals orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Please allow 1-3 business days from the time your order was placed for processing and packing. All external creator orders are fulfilled by the respective vendor, please allow 5-7 business days for fulfillment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment tracking number.

International Orders 

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Typical shipping time for international orders is anywhere from 5-20 business days, but dependent on the final destination and COVID-19 postal delays.

Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs you may incur prior to completing your purchase. Tales Of Lara, LLC is not liable for the shipment once the shipment has changed into the hands of the post in the receiver’s country.

All international orders are FINAL SALE.

Return Policy

We accept returns of any item purchased from www.talesoflara.com within 14 days of receipt (per postage tracking delivery date) for domestic orders only.

All items must be returned unopened and in new condition accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return/exchange. If your return does not meet the above requirements, your order will be shipped back to you at your expense.

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the incorrect item is shipped or the item shipped is damaged. Tales Of Lara, LLC is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. Please consider using tracking when sending your item back.

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund less any shipping charge. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt. 

To notify us of your return, please email talesoflara@gmail.com with your order number and the email used to place your order. We will provide an RMA # (return merchandise authorization #)  that should be written on the outside of the package being returned.
